New International Route Added! Haikou⇌London Direct Flight Launched

At 14:11 on May 7, Hainan Airlines flight HU7911 departed smoothly from Haikou Meilan International Airport, marking the official launch of the Haikou-London direct international route.

This is Hainan Airlines’ first direct round-trip international route between Haikou and London, which will further promote tourism cooperation and economic exchanges between the two regions, injecting new vitality into the development of the Hainan Free Trade Port.

The Haikou-London route will operate one round-trip flight weekly.

● Outbound: Departs Haikou Meilan International Airport at 13:45 Beijing Time, arrives at London Heathrow Airport at 19:30 local time (flight duration: 12h45m).

● Return: Departs London Heathrow at 22:00 local time, arrives in Haikou at 16:55 Beijing Time the next day (flight duration: 11h55m).

Hainan Airlines’ existing international and regional routes from Haikou include flights to Seattle, London, Moscow, Auckland, Sydney, Melbourne, Dubai, Singapore, Bangkok, Vientiane, Seoul, Tokyo (Narita), Osaka, and more, forming a global network covering the Americas, Europe, Oceania, and Asia.

Hainan Airlines stated that it has resumed, launched, or planned over 60 international and regional passenger routes from cities like Beijing and Haikou. The airline will continue to accelerate the resumption and expansion of international flights to meet growing travel demands.
