How to Reserve Your Spot

I. Reservation Process

1. Go to the "Sanya Tourism and Culture" WeChat Official Account menu → Select "Micro Services" → "Cultural & Tourism Calendar" OR directly scan the QR code below for the "Cultural & Tourism Events Calendar".

2. On the "Sanya Cultural & Tourism Events Calendar" page, search for "World Robot Contest" in the search box. Click "Book Now" → Successful payment of ¥0 → The page displays "Pending Use", indicating a successful reservation.

II. Checking Your Reservation Order

Go to the "Sanya Carefree Travel" WeChat Official Account menu → Select "Carefree Travel Official Mall" → In the mall's bottom-right corner, click "My" → "Pending Use" to view your reservation order.

3. Guidelines for Spectators

01. Entry and Exit

Entry Time: Competition days, 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM (Pass required).

Exit Arrangement: Staggered exit. Spectator area exits are Exit A and Exit B. Follow staff guidance to avoid crowding.

02. Order Requirements

Prohibited items: Snacks, colored beverages, flammable or explosive materials inside the venue.

During viewing: Silence mobile phones. Do not move around freely or make loud noises. Disable flash when taking photos.
