Sanya has launched the “Easy Travel in Sanya” service in partnership with SF Express, offering bidirectional luggage delivery between Airports/Train Stations and Hotels. Whether you have just landed and want to head straight to a scenic spot, or have checked out but don’t want to drag your suitcase around for your final hours, this service allows you to truly enjoy “Hands-Free Travel.”

How to Use

 

This service covers Sanya Phoenix International Airport, Sanya Railway Station, and over 105 partner hotels across the city.

On Arrival: Simply scan the QR code at the SF Express service point at the airport or train station to place your order. Hand your luggage to the staff, and you are free to head directly to tourist attractions. Your luggage will be delivered safely to your hotel front desk.
On Departure: Scan the code at your hotel reception to place an order and leave your luggage with the front desk staff. You can then explore the city luggage-free. Once you are done, simply pick up your bags at the service point at the airport or train station before you leave.
Safety & Security: For your peace of mind, the entire service process is monitored with professional surveillance, including video and audio recording, ensuring your belongings are secure at every step.
