According to the progress of epidemic prevention and control in Sanya, after comprehensive research and judgment, the Municipal Epidemic Prevention and Control Work Command has decided to orderly resume normalized epidemic prevention and control management in the city from 12:00 on 27 September 2022, and fully restore all kinds of production and life order. The notice is as follows.

First, the city’s party and government organs, enterprises and institutions, production and business units, etc. resume normal order and production and operation. Open seafood fish market after risk assessment by each district.

Second, open the restaurant dine-in operation, the implementation of “reservation, staggered, limited flow” and scanning location QR code (地点码 didian ma). Maintain the dining spacing. Temporarily do not undertake large-scale banquet activities.

Third, all districts (Yucai Eco-district) will gradually remove community (village) checkpoints in an orderly manner according to the risk assessment of local epidemic prevention and control, and return to normal epidemic prevention and control management.

Fourthly, the competent industry departments and the command of each district (Yucai Ecological Zone) should strictly approve all kinds of gathering activities, in accordance with the principle of “who approves, who is responsible” and “who holds, who is responsible”, and formulate epidemic prevention and control plans and emergency disposal plans. Strengthen the management of the event, check participants by scanning the code and check the nucleic acid negative certificate within 48 hours. Keep red and white events simple. No large-scale meetings, training, conventions, cultural performance and other gathering activities will be held in the near future.

Fifthly, strictly implement the “four-party responsibility” for the prevention and control of the epidemic. Apart from gathering places, all other public places and institutions should also strictly implement preventive and control measures such as temperature testing, code scanning and masking, and check for negative nucleic acid test certificates within 72 hours.
