Sanya Tourism & Culture Industry Carries out In-depth National Security Law Education
April 15 is the fifth National Security Education Day. To further promote overall national security concept, improve national security awareness of Tourism & Culture Industry practitioners, strengthen the construction of national security people’s defense line, Municipal Bureau of Tourism and Culture carried out an array of national security education lectures on the topic of the rule of law on April 9. There are about 50 people in total from the city’s relevant scenic spots, hotels and staff of the city’s travel-related functions present to participate.

In daily life, there are many cases of endangering national security, such as inadvertently serving as a guide for foreign spies and leaking secrets, military fans leaking information on social networking sites, and state agency staff posting confidential information in their moments.” Xu Haibo, a professional lawyer who has been deeply involved in the legislation of Hainan Province for many times, explained the relationship between national security and individuals from six aspects, such as analysis of the types of behaviors that endanger national security, national security hidden dangers in daily life, and criminal law provisions related to national security. He combined with the actual work of tourism and culture, explained in details about the National Security Law, Anti-terrorism Law, Espionage Act, Cryptography Law, Law on Guarding State Secrets, Biosecurity Law, and Network Security Law and other related knowledge and cases.
“By watching the national security education promotional video and listening carefully to the lecture, I realized that national security is closely related to everyone’s life.” The staff from Sanya Luhuitou Resort said that to maintain national security is to maintain the vital interests of every citizen, and as a member of travel-related enterprises, we should be more vigilant and take the initiative to participate in national security prevention actions, consciously abide by laws and regulations and maintain national security.

They will strengthen the initiative and conscientiousness to maintain national security, create a good atmosphere of “maintaining national security is everyone’s responsibility”, and work together to ensure the long-term stability of the tourism order in Sanya.
