At 8:05 a.m. on December 21, flight DV481 operated by Kazakhstan’s Scat Airlines departed smoothly from Sanya Phoenix International Airport on the Sanya-Prague route, heading to Europe to welcome international tourists. This marks the official launch of China’s first passenger route exercising seventh freedom rights.

 

Hainan Free Trade Port has pioneered the pilot implementation of the seventh freedom of the air, representing the highest level of opening beyond China’s existing bilateral air service agreements. This demonstrates China’s unwavering commitment and tangible achievements in continuously expanding high-level opening-up to the world, injecting new momentum into the development of the free trade port.

 

The successful launch of this route is the result of collaborative efforts among multiple parties, fully showcasing the efficient coordination and open, inclusive governance capabilities of Hainan Free Trade Port.
