Concert Security Check and Viewing Guidelines
To enter quickly and smoothly, it is important to understand the venue’s security rules in advance. Please keep personal belongings simple and check your items before departure to avoid delays caused by prohibited or restricted items. Specific bag-size requirements and entry details are subject to the official security notice issued by the organizer.
Recommended Items
For a convenient and comfortable concert experience, bring only the essentials:
Original valid ID document (required for entry).
Mobile phone and small compliant charging device.
Small folding umbrella or rain gear.
Small handheld fan and sun-protection items.
Transparent or small lightweight personal bag.
Common Prohibited or Restricted Items
To maintain safety and viewing order, the following items are usually not allowed inside the venue, except mobile phones and compliant small charging devices. Final entry standards are subject to on-site security inspection:
DSLR cameras, professional photography or video equipment, tripods, selfie sticks, and other auxiliary filming equipment.
Hard light boards, oversized light boards, long flagpoles, large support items, or items that may block others’ view or affect the viewing experience.
Lighters, flammable or explosive dangerous goods, and other items that may endanger public safety or disturb order at the venue.
Support Item Guidelines
Small banners, lightweight support cards, and other compact support items may be carried and should be packed in advance. During the concert, please do not raise oversized banners, light boards, or flags, as they may block the view of audiences behind you. When joining offline check-ins or collecting merchandise, please follow on-site order, queue properly, do not push or play around, and do not block passageways. Popular photo spots are best visited earlier in the afternoon to avoid the peak entry period.
Viewing Guidelines After Entry
After entering successfully, please follow venue rules and watch the concert respectfully:
Sit strictly according to the seat information on your ticket. Do not change seats, cross into other areas, climb over barriers, or enter restricted zones.
Do not step on seats or stand for long periods blocking the view of those behind you. Stands and floor-area audiences should enter and exit through designated channels.
In case of emergencies, stay calm and follow the instructions of on-site staff at all times.
During the show, keep your ID, mobile phone, and personal belongings safe. When recording, lower your phone screen brightness and avoid holding your phone high for long periods to reduce disturbance to nearby audiences.
Recommended Arrival Time
To allow enough time for transport, security screening, ticket checking, and finding your seat, audiences are advised to arrive around 18:00 on the day of the show. In hot weather, avoid waiting for long periods in uncovered areas and take precautions against heat. Reminder: on-site security standards may be adjusted dynamically according to event management requirements. Before departure, please follow the latest notices issued by the organizer and official ticketing platforms.
