1. Nestled Between Mountains and Sea: Hainan’s Largest Cluster of B&Bs

Bohou Village is known as a “B&B Museum,” boasting over 50 boutique B&Bs with diverse styles. Most of these B&Bs are converted from local houses, preserving the rustic rural charm while incorporating modern design comforts. Whatever your preference, you can find a place to belong here. Carefully designed stone paths, artistic wall murals, and well-arranged courtyards make each stay more than just accommodation; it’s a “homecoming” experience, a return to nature.

2. Roses and Li Culture: A Diverse Cultural Experience

Bohou Village’s charm extends beyond accommodation; it lies in its unique cultural heritage. Adjacent to the renowned Yalong Bay International Rose Valley, thousands of acres of flowers fill the air with a romantic fragrance year-round. You can stroll through the flower fields and experience the vibrant bloom of tropical roses. As a pure Li ethnic village, it preserves a rich cultural heritage. Visit the Bohou Cultural and Creative Base to observe the weaving techniques of Li brocade, a national intangible cultural heritage, up close, or experience the traditional Li pottery making process firsthand, touching the craftsmanship passed down for millennia in the clay.

3. Aijia Lakeside: Camping and Slow Living

In Bohou Village, slowing down is the only proper thing to do. In the evening, Aijia Lake Camping Park becomes a gathering place for young people. Pitch a tent, enjoy the evening breeze by the lake, and watch the sunset paint the mountains and forests red. Here, there are no city neon lights, only campfires and laughter under the stars. As night falls, the lights of Aijia Lake illuminate the area, echoing the lights of Yalong Bay in the distance, creating a picturesque rural night scene that is both vibrant and tranquil.

4. Discovering the Flavors of Bohou: From Traditional to Trendy

Bohou Village offers a surprisingly diverse range of dining options, perfectly filling the nightlife void in the Yalong Bay resort area.
