Shanlan Wine
Known as the “Moutai of the Li people,” Shanlan Wine is made by fermenting glutinous Shanlan rice with a unique Li-style yeast cake, sealed in fresh banana leaves inside a bamboo basket. After seven days, the milky-white wine seeps into a jar below, clear and lustrous like jade. Low in alcohol yet fragrant and sweet, it charms with its gentle lingering taste.

Deer-Turtle Wine (Lu Gui Jiu)
A health tonic wine made from astragalus root, angelica, Chinese yam, goji berries, papaya, cinnamon, rock sugar, and white wine. It is clear in color, aromatic, and slightly sweet, known for its benefits in regulating immune function.

A series of health wines brewed with poma lizard, combined with prized herbs such as goji berries, safflower, eucommia bark, achyranthes root, Sichuan lovage, cordyceps, astragalus, seahorse, and sea snake.
