❤️ Full Day of Pure Joy at Aquaventure Waterpark

This is our second stay at Atlantis Sanya, and after settling into the Octonauts themed room we chose this trip, we set aside a whole day to explore Aquaventure Waterpark — it easily became the best part of our entire summer holiday.

We arrived early to beat the midday crowds, and the park’s thoughtful layout works perfectly for our family with both a tiny toddler and an older kid. For anyone who loves thrills, the big slides are incredible. We dared to try Leap of Faith first — that heart-dropping vertical drop passing straight through a shark viewing tank is such an unforgettable rush. We also loved the massive Tornado Spin raft ride, which swings you high up the funnel walls with such a fun weightless feeling. There are tons more unique slides all around the park to discover if you want even more excitement.

One huge perk for all resort guests: unlimited all-day entry to the waterpark is included with your stay, no extra tickets required. At noon we headed back to our themed room to cool off and change clothes, then came back to play again whenever the kids begged to ride more slides.

Shaded rest spots and snack stands are spread all over the park, so we never had to rush or suffer through the hot sun. By sunset our kids were totally worn out but could not stop talking about all the fun they’d had.
