Co-hosted by the Jiyang District Tourism and Culture Bureau and the Sanya Tourism Development Bureau, the inaugural event of the 2026 “Sanya: Warm Chinese New Year” Spring Festival series—The Best Place for Spring Gathering—unfolds warmly on Yalong Bay Beach from February 3 to 5. The overall design concept revolves around the core themes of “trendy, dynamic, and festive,” visually employing a dual-tone narrative of vibrant New Year red and pure white. Musical symbols and transparent material installations are artfully scattered along the coastline, creating a sophisticated visual atmosphere while infusing traditional New Year vibes with a fresh, contemporary energy amidst the sound of crashing waves.

📸 Art Space: Framing Life’s Most Beautiful Moments

Multiple art installations seamlessly blending Sanya’s natural landscapes with musical themes have been set up on-site, offering you unique, photo-ready memories to take home:

Spring Festival Collaboration Art Space: Featuring a red-and-white interwoven musical note matrix wall, this space also hosts pop-up shops and exquisite cultural merchandise, delivering a one-stop experience for browsing, shopping, and photography.

Skyline Picture Frame: Inspired by the theme “The Best Place,” this installation invites you to step into a “picture frame,” symbolizing Sanya as the most beautiful painting in your life’s journey.

Melody Gramophone: Using vinyl records as a base, this experience employs instant Polaroid photography to complete the perfect loop from “seeing beauty” to “taking home a memento.”

🧧 Surprise Collaboration: Jiyang’s Full-Service Ceremony Experience

A special surprise appeared at the event—Jiyang’s cultural tourism mascot, “Jixiaoyang Leading Horses to Welcome Spring,” posed for photos with attendees, symbolizing “leading good fortune and embarking on new journeys.” All art installations will remain on display until February 8th, allowing visitors who missed the event to continue visiting and taking photos.
